Come out no heat found no power to unit so checked breakers and found outdoor off and ah tripped so I reset and turned both back on and everything fired up checked amp draw on everything and all checked out told her she needed surge protection to protect all electrical components she declined atm but other than that they are working now. Collected $39 for di and all is good now.
