Pulled the evaporator coil and cleaned it with a strong cleaning agent. Rerouted the copper and drain line to allow a better spot for the filter to be used. Replaced the in-line filter dryer and pressure tested with dry nitrogen. Pulled a vacuum on the copper line set and charged system to factory specs. Checked operation of the system and it is working properly at this time.
Installed mobile home indoor unit and Payne exterior condenser. Installed Honeywell thermostat. Replaced disconnect and whip and ran low voltage in 1/2” Seal-Tite for outdoor condensing unit. Rebuilt drain and verified drain operation. Pressure tested and pulled a vacuum on the line set. Weighed in refrigerant charge to meet manufacturer specifications. System operational.

When I arrived, the customer informed me that the system was not keeping up yesterday. I turned the system on and began diagnostic. Checked refrigerant pressures and had 12° of superheat and 8° of sub cooling. I had a 19° delta T. The system is starting to get dirty however everything is working properly at this time.
Found that the drain system was clogged and should be ran in hard pipe PVC. To be completed Tuesday - Rerun drain in schedule 40 PVC. Add an SS-2 to the second drain connection on the primary pan.
When I arrived the motor and indoor air handler were completely disassembled. I installed the new blower wheel and remounted the air movement motor. I put everything back together and wired it up per specs on the unit. I turned everything on, and it is running at this time. The system is starting to get dirty and filters need to be changed at least once a month.
