Installed new metering device on indoor coil. Removed refrigerant and replaced filter dryer. Pressure tested system for extensive leak check and pulled deep vacuum. Shored up drain line tubing in chase and verified drain operation. Fixed outdoor high voltage connection where locking ring broke and also insulated suction line with thick wall insulation. Weighed in 2lb of recovered refrigerant, and 3lb of virgin refrigerant. System working at this time.
Replaced indoor TXV and evaporator coil. Pressure tested system for extensive leak check. Pulled deep vacuum and weighed in charged per factory specs. Cleared drain line and verified operation.
Found the primary drain line extremely clogged up. Blew out drain line and treated the primary drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain out and verified proper slope and flow. Everything is working at this time.
