Performed service diagnostic. Diagnostic found that the condenser coil was dirty. Obstruction of airflow across the condenser coil had caused the high-pressure switch to trip and shut down the system. Options for repair were presented to customer and they chose to have the condenser coil cleaned and join our maintenance plan. Repair was completed. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.
