Performed heat check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. No major issues were found. Drain line cleared and treated. Condenser coil clean. System sterilizer on and operational. Surge protection for the air handler and condenser were also operational. Thermostat was returned to the customer’s programed schedule.
