On arrival, I found that the emergency water safety shutoff was tripped. I found that the primary drain line was clogged up causing water to back up into the indoor system. When I went outside to access the drain line exterior penetration, I found that the low voltage control wiring was all chewed up from what appeared to be a weed-eater. Recommended removing the drain line clog and repairing the low voltage control wiring outside to ensure proper heating and cooling operation from the outdoor heat pump system. Spoke with Mr. Cecil and he decided to move forward with the immediate repairs to get the system back up and running. I flushed and treated the primary drain system and fixed the damaged outdoor control wiring for the outdoor system. Reset the HVAC system and tested cooling operations.
