Performed the heater tune-up and everything is working at this time. While performing the inspection I did find the voltage enhancer to the blower motor to be weak and undervalued. Rated at 7.5 but only reading 4.1. I gave the customer her options and she chose to have it replaced at the bronze level at this time. After making the bronze level repair on the indoor voltage enhancer everything is coming on and working at this time.
