Performed heating maintenance on one heat pump system. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Cleared and treated the drain line and washed the outdoor coil. No major issues were found. See attached checklist for full tune-up details. I presented nice-to-have items to the customer. She chose to have surge protection installed at both the air handler and outdoor condenser. I installed both surge protectors and cycled power at the thermostat. System is operational at this time.
