Performed heater A/C tune up on a Carrier heat pump system and checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. Washed the outdoor coil and secured the compressor wiring. I found the return side has high static at .46 in.W.C. No other issues were found. All UV light and surge protection devices are working. The system is operational at this time.
