We’re in year 31 living in this home and Garner has been providing service as far back as I can remember on a unit installed by others, until that unit finally needed replacing at which time Garner installed our current unit more than ten years ago. Max Bethke was our service tech back then and he was special. We were excited about his promotion, but sad to lose him as a tech. Matt Fleischauer, our new tech, has filled some seriously big shoes and we hope that he’ll be with us for a long time to come. Very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. When our unit was installed, we had very poor internet and it was futile to connect the thermostat to an app and our phones then. As part of our service check up, we asked that Garner send someone who could assist us completing this connection now that we have better internet and Matt came through which required contacting Carrier and making sure we were fully functional before leaving. We feel fortunate to have another tech that is as personable and helpful as Max.
