Mr. Ramos was friendly enough, however, we had problems later on. He never checked to see if the air conditioning came back on, we turned on our system and had to leave for an appointment and dinner and when we came back home our house was very warm around 80 degrees, we could not get the air on. We called the emergency line and had to have someone come out to our home last night. It turns out Mr. Ramos wired our new capacitor wrong and blew a fan. We had no air conditioning last night, we have pets and sensitive equipment we had to turn off so it wouldn't get overheated, needless to say I'm a very unhappy customer. Our capacitor will be replaced as well as the fan, we had no problems with our system until this visit.
