We were having some technical difficulties with our new Nest thermostat, as I had accidently crossed a couple of wires. Gentry's Lead Tech, Israel, corrected my miswiring oversight and discovered some further issues we were experiencing from the original HVAC installation 11 years ago. He was incredibly polite and willing to explain the workings of the system and ways we can keep it running efficiently. We will absolutely call them for future check-ups, requesting Israel to be our technician.
