I received a phone notification yesterday reminding me of my call for today. Matthew and Joel arrived right on time. They were neat and professional looking. They explained that Joel was in training. Both men accessed my attic unit (though it was extremely hot. Matthew reported what they found. Both men went to the outside back of the house and service that unit with Matthew instructing Joel and telling me what they were checking. As they departed, we gave them cold water and invited them to watch the deer as we fed them. You can be proud of both men. As my wife said to me as they departed, "It is so nice to deal with good people." That is exactly the reason we recommend you every chance we get.
