I called Gentry Inc to replace our prior service man as he failed to return our calls and I needed a reliable company that I could depend on. I had heard good things about Gentry Inc and I remembered the WLOS TV ad that ran during 2016 Christmas season. Mr Gentry gave a very good speech during ad that impressed me so I called and set up an appointment. Jeff Thomas was the technician that came and serviced and checked my furnace and air conditioner. He was very friendly and arrived promptly after calling ahead. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his job. I was surprised because he wore shoe covers indoors as it had been raining. He explained about his findings and gave recommendations. I signed for a 1 year maintenance so they can check again when it is due. Jeff gave me a passing grade so now I can rest easy.
