Front office- Please let customers know when they book a 1pm appointment, that means worker will be arriving within the range of 1-2pm. At 1:30, Stacie had not arrived so I called the front office and person I spoke with said it is a range of an hour, etc. Also, true organic cleaning products would be great. Organic as in green label, FDA organic or organic products like vinegar, etc. Thanks
