Arrived to customers house for a plumping service call regarding a clogged toilet in the toilet body itself. Spoke with customer about options and customer would go through with an auger snaking option if we took off the trip$129 charge. FRABAR approved discount and customer agreed to go through with task. At the last second customer decided it was to expensive and backed out of job. Although job was too expensive for them they were very happy with services provided today
Arrive at the customers' house. The customer accepted and by the diagnosis and trip fee we proceeded by the drin panel and evaporator coin and the condensate pump. The condensate pump does not work the clear pipe must be replaced —————————
