I met with Osman and he explained that his Boiler doesn't work on the second floor. I told him to take me to the Thermostat and when I got there I saw that it was on "cool" I told him that when they want heat they have to put the thermostat on "heat". Customer is happy with today's service.

Informed customer the best option would be to change everything clueing mop sink and cracked cast iron drain piping, wrote up estimates and will be in touch with customer regarding estimates. Arrived, greeted Jeff and proceeded downstairs to rip and tear out the old gas fired boiler. We turned off the power and bled the system dry. We cut the piping in varies locations to disconnect and remove the boil. We supplied and installed a new Crown 85% efficient gas fired boiler. We set the boiler on 4” pavers. We supplied all the pipe and fittings to install the following: extrol #30 expansion tank, Spiro vent air valve, expansion tank service valve, water feeder with a backflow preventer, boiler drain, 007E taco ECM circulator, etc, etc, etc. We plumbed and fitted all items according to manufacturer specs. We rerouted the wiring and rewired the boiler controls, system circulator. After the boiler installation was completed, we filled the system with water and checked for leaks. System pressure was good. We restored power, purged the gas lines and fired up the unit. The boiler fired, ran, cycled and reached temperature. All is good. The boiler is operating as it should.

Arrived, met with Jeffrey and Zulma. I proceeded to look over the work requested. I priced it out and they accepted. I cut off the gas to the building, disconnect the supply line and installed a gas valve shut off. I turned on the gas, purged the lines and turned on the stove. The stove operated appropriately. No issues. While looking over the gas line work, I noticed the the customers had an oil fired boiler which was converted to gas. The boiler is in very bad condition. I asked to look it over and provide a replacement cost. After working up a replacement cost and explaining all the details. They accepted to replace the unit. Customers were very happy and satisfied with the service.

Arrived to customers home to diagnose a leaking toilet between floor and toilet. After further examination the problem ended up being the wax ring for toilet. Have pictures and estimate for repair that will be sent out to insurance email with claim number and customer info. Will be in touch with customer and insurance regarding repair. Customer very satisfied we can make it out to them.

Met with Kelly who showed me to the mechanical room. I inspected a Weil-McLain gas boiler, I turned on the unit and observed it operate through its heating cycle, opened up the combustion chamber and tested its start up sequence procedure. Gas valve need replacement service, took a video to show the customer as there is a slight flame roll out issue occurring, explained the need for immediate attention. Overall the unit is in excellent condition with a burner cleaning service needed, worked up a price and discussed with Customer, the customer said that today is not a good day but that she will call to setup an appointment.

Arrived to customer for a plumbing estimate. This is a store that needs to add a sink and grease trap in the store. Spoke with FRABAR about estimate and we will not complete this job because there is a need for engineer permit and other permits. We do not perform this type of work. Arrive at customer's house. Cally explained to me the heat pump is making a loud noise. I explained to her that the sound comes from the compressor. Customer told me she going to call Mitsubishi to find out about the warranty. Then she was going to make a decision about which option to take. Customer is happy with service.

Met with Thomas and proceeded to check and inspect a Utica gas fired boiler installed by a family friend. At first glance the most apparent issues are that all of the old fittings were used from the old boiler. They are all full of decay, rust and literally falling apart. Practically all the joints and nipples are leaking. The water feeder needs replacement and has no backflow preventer installed. The wiring is a mess. There are loose wires everywhere from the zone valves. More critical the power supply is improperly wired to the boiler junction box. The wiring is loose through the supply hole and the insulation wiring is rubbing. I opened up the combustion chamber and the boiler fired. The burners need servicing and a cleaning. They are covered with debris. The boiler fired nicely. There is a smell of back pressure gas coming through the Venturi system, further indicating the need for a cleaning service. I explained all the issues to Thomas and went over the pricing to address some of

Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation I observed the unit was trying to start. My step was to turn off the unit and turn off the thermostat. I reassembled the gun assembly and closed the unit. Finally I connected the bleeder hose and bled the oils lines. Unit is operating as it should. Customer was satisfied with today's service.

Met with Hollis and proceeded to perform a PTU on Energy Kinetics System 2000 oil fired boiler. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the fuel pump strainer. I opened up the combustion chamber and removed the gun assembly. I degreased, scrubbed and cleaned the gun replaced the nozzle with a 75/70A and checked the electrodes for cracks and specs. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power, turned up the thermostat, and bled the oil lines. The unit fired, ran, cycled and reached temperature accordingly. All is good, no issues to report at this time. Hollis is interested in replay the indirect water heater. Quoted $4850. Spoke about SPP membership.

12/1/22 Arrived to customers house for a plumbing service on a clogged main drain, removed cleanout that was an old toilet flange in basement and tried to snake through said cleanout. Snaking did not work and would have to remove concrete and Repipe house side of trap in order to snake main line. 12/2/22 Removed all piping under cement and exposed street side of trap. Clog was 10 ft down street side. Unclogged main line and Repiped vent, kitchen, and cleanout line. Ran faucets and no leaks were present at time of cleanup. Customer is very satisfied with services.

Greeted Thomas and proceeded to service the boiler with the triple savings combo package. I cut off power to the unit and drained the lines. I replaced the T/P valve to the indirect and replaced the water feeder. Third, I removed and replaced the boilers expansion tank with corroded “T” and nipple fittings. I turned the water on and filled the system. Checked for leaks and all was good. Bled all the zones and fired up the boiler. I observed the boiler run, cycle and operate properly. Thomas was very happy with the service.
