Met with Fred and proceeded to look over the situation of the sump pump. The pump needs replacement. I worked up a price for the replacement and Fred agreed. Took a deposit to order the pump.
Arrived to customer for an installation of a sump pump sold by MIKDOM. Did a parts run to grab a 1/2hp Ashland sump pump and replaced the old 1/3 hp liberty pump. Everything went in smooth and pump and line had no leaks at time of cleanup. Customer was very happy with services provided today.
Arrived to customers home to supply customer with options on replacing shower valve and adding a bathroom vent. Was not able to give final pricing on option because bathroom vent is not in my price book and want to give customer full option cost instead of only part of the cost. Customer seemed worried we do not replace drywall and will be in touch with customer reguarding options December 15th. Customer was satisfied we made it out to them today.
Arrived to customers home for a plumbing estimate on a kitchen sink. Customer did not want to have a pedal sink anymore but was more worried about trap that was leaking. Gave customer options on new sink and trap replacement and he will call us back to let us know if he would like to go through with options.

We proceeded to evacuate the R-10 system and then remove Air handler Lennox and Condenser unit Lennox. We proceeded to install the new Amana 4.0 Ton unit. We put 350 PSI to make sure that the linesset lines did not leak. Then we proceeded to evacuate the system for 1 hour, and then proceeded to turn on the system. The unit is working ok right now. Arrive at the customer's house for an initial service of: 4.0 Ton A/C Up flow A-Coil, Nitrogen Leak Test Up To 7.5 Tons, Clean Condenser, Coil With Deep Acid Wash, and Refrigerant Charge 3 To 6 LBS R-410A. I proceeded to review A-coil Model and series to order the unit. I explained to the customer that when replacing the A-COIL we have no guarantee for this job because in the future it may have this problem again. I gave him several recommendations to replace his unit. The customers agreed to listen to the options. I offered him a Bosh High efficiency heat pump system as a premium option, and I offered him an Amana 4.0 ton system. The customer opted for the 4.0 ton Amana system. I recommended that customers replace the unit $19,501.59, but the customers spoke with Frank and approved leaving all the work with tax included at $17,000. The customer proceeded to pay the 50% deposit of $8,500. He made the payment by PayTrace of $3,555.41 to complete the $8,500 because he had already paid
Met with Alberto the dad, discussed if there were any issues and he said everything was good. He showed me the furnace, I opened up the evaporator cabinet to inspect the coils. They showed some rust and decay. Installed anti microbial tablets. I brushed and flushed the condensate drain lines. Checked the air filter, it needs replacement. Alberto said he would have his son replace it. Moved to the outside condenser. Opened up the disconnect switch along with the electrical junction box. Inspected, checked and cleaned all wiring connections. Connected the gauges and took readings. Found the unit low on refrigerant. Spoke with the customer regarding a leak check service with a possible coil replacement and a condenser acid wash. Alberto said he will discuss it with his son.
Arrive to perform ac tune up, stat call for cooling, serviced indoor unit, inspected ductwork, electrical, condensation, air filter, motors and took temperature readings, serviced outdoor unit, inspected coils, motors, electrical and refrigerant lines, ac operating ok at this time.
