Arrive to customers house for a plumbing. Sinks, toilets, water heater, well tank, showers and tubs all seem to be working in very good order and nothing is visually or mechanically wrong. Customer did not see any issues when I asked and explain that they will be soon renovating one of the bathrooms and would like an estimate for redoing drains and lines. Customer was very satisfied and happy with services provided today.
Arrived at customers house to Locate line puncture. After locating the pipe it seems to be coming right under the deck at 2‘4“. Customer would not like any excavation work done, just needed to locate the pipe
Arrived at customers house for a clogged mainline drain. Put a camera snake down the mainline through level floor toilet and 18 feet in there is a perferation in the SDR pipe which seems to be under the front flower bed or walkway. Pipe problem will need to be located for exact location of problem. Sending estimate to customer to locate pipe before we can even think of excavation

Arrived to perform Ac tune up. Customer has no concerns. Set thermostat call for cooling. Observe indoor unit, service duct work, air filter, electrical connection, condensate system, coils and performed temperature readings. Return: 71.1* F. Supply: 55.3* F. Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines. Ac system operating ok at this time. Customer requested filter size. Gave customer filter size of 27x17. Reviewed estimates with customer. Customer declined estimates at this time. Customer satisfied with services today.
Arrive at the customer's house. I agree to pay a diagnostic and trip fee. My diagnosis is that he doesn't have freon. We need to perform an evacuation, a nitrogen leak test so we can see where the leaks and recharge with 6 pounds R410 is. The customer was busy and said he would call to reschedule this appointment. Trip/ diagnostic fee charged - met with Asifa regarding issues and troubleshooting. Will refer to Jake for a comfort visit follow up appointment. I recommended that the central ac system be replaced, along with the mini split system.
Went to customers house for a plumbing check up and status of the UV light they have. Customer actually bought UV light since we did not grab one yet and since I was here and not sure if it was part of the planning plan or not, also I had low service so I just changed the UV light as it took me 20 seconds. Everything‘s good customers faucets fixtures and toilets are non-leaking and in working order
