Arrived to customers home regarding options on changing over the fashion parts on a kohler shower valve/body. Customer bought moen fashion parts to change over from the gold he has now to chrome. Informed customer he cannot change just the face plates and fashion parts because 1. It is a different brand, and 2. Because of the age of the shower valve in now. Customer satisfied with services today.

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing tune up, drain water heater for 10 minutes. Also checked also fixtures in house which looks to be in great condition. Customer has softener and filter to help with condition of pipes. Customer all set and very satisfied with services provided today.

Arrived, greeted Beth and proceeded to shut down and drain the boiler. We cut out the two zone valves and replaced with new. We wired in the two zone valves, filled and purged the boiler. Checked for leaks and fired up the boiler. One of the thermostats was not calling for heat. Troubleshot the thermostat and found it to be faulty. I worked up a price for remand Beth agreed. We replaced the thermostat. The heating system is operating and calling for heat appropriately. The boiler needs to be replaced! Took pictures and video to document the conditions. Customer is happy with service.

Arrived, met Albert and discussed the issue with his system. I looked over the furnace with a Navien water heater. Both units were not firing. I traced the gas lines and found the main gas valve turned off. Albert was with me during the troubleshooting process. I opened the gas valve and observed the furnace with the water heater light, run, cycle and reach temperature. Both units are operating appropriately. Albert is not interested in a SPP. He likes to service the units himself. Albert was very happy and satisfied with the service.

Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation and determined a bad zone valve. I talked to the customer and told him that one of the zone valves is bad. I explained the function of the zone valve in the boiler. Customer approved the move with the option. Call FraBra to give the customer a discount. Manager approved 15%. Customer gave me a deposit of $500. Joseph is happy with today's visit.

Met with the wife and proceeded to diagnose the issues with the Navien Combi boiler. I placed the boiler through its paces and ran the hot water throughout the home placing the boiler under high demand. The boiler produced heat throughout but failed to generate hot water. Prior to my diagnosis, I called Navien’s tech support hot line for confirmation of my findings. Navien and I reached the same conclusion. The boiler had a faulty three way valve in need of dealing with a descaling flush. I broke down the boiler by removing all internal components such as electrical circuit board, circulator, wiring, plumbing and replaced the 3way valve. Once installed, I reassembled the boiler turned on the water and checked for leaks. After no leaks was confirmed, I restored power, fired up the boiler and confirmed proper operation with heat and domestic hot water throughout the home. Finally, I shut down the boiler and connected a bucket with descaling solution and flush the heater as recommended by

Meet with Alfonso who showed me to the mechanical room. I inspected a Goodman Gas Furnace, I turned on the unit and observed it operate through its heating cycle. burners, ducts and blower are dirty and in need of a cleaning service. Customer told me that at the moment she not going to proceed with the Option. Customer is satisfied with the service.

Met with Zuleidy and proceeded to troubleshoot and diagnose a no heat issue on a Nordyne propane furnace. I opened up the cabinet and jumped out the circuit board. The unit fired and ran accordingly. I allowed the furnace to run, cycle and reach temperature. I pointed out several service issues needed. I closed up the cabinet a went to the thermostat, and found the thermostat in the wrong setting. I reset the thermostat and the system turned on, fired and ran appropriately. No issues to report at this time. The customer was very happy with the service. But upset at the cost. I left an SPP form to look over and consider.

Met with Michael and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Peerless gas fired boiler. The boiler is wedged up against the wall with the water heater and a laundry sink basin up against it…. Difficult access scenario. I inspected the following items: all electrical wiring with their connections, the rollout switch, the spill switch, igniter, flame sensor, pilot assembly, the burners, gas valve, exhaust and all associated piping and plumbing. Upon inspection in I found considerable amount of debris an top of the burners hood assembly. The equipment is full of lint throughout and the burners are in need of service with the gas pressure checked. Upon lighting the unit has flame rollout and the gas pressure appears to be excessive. I took a video of the start up sequence and showed Michael. He agreed to a burner cleaning service and a gas pressure check. Michael was very satisfied with the service.

Met with Kulwinder and proceeded to look over the portable generator in question. I tested the battery for voltage and it was dead. Generator needs a new battery and a service kit. Walked into the basement and Kulwinder spoke to me about installing a back up battery pack to the sump pump. I explained that this two items were unusual requests and that, I would have to contact our supply chain to come up with the appropriate items, in order to submit a price quote. She was very happy with the service and I also took the opportunity to speak about an SPP and the boiler service. I left the form with the customer.

Arrived at customers house for a diagnostic for leak by way Water heater and furnace. Condensate pump was not plugged in so condensation was overflowing out of the pump body itself. Plugged in condensate and pump worked just fine. Customer was happy that was the only issue and customer was very satisfied
