Arrived to customers home to replace RO filters that MIKDOM previously ordered for customer. Install went smooth, had all the right filters, and there were no leaks at time of clean up, customer was very satisfied with services provided today.
Greeted Laurie and proceeded to deliver 5 bags of water softener salt. I placed them in their designated storage area. Next, I asked Laurie about the reverse osmosis filters for underneath the kitchen lavatory. She replied, that we were supposed to provide them. I called around to our supply chains to no avail. I called the manufacturer of the system and they referred me to a distributor. I reached out and they could help us acquire the correct items. Items could not be ordered over the phone. I have to go in person. Service completed for know. Laurie was satisfied with the service.
Met with Jack and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Amana propane fired heap pump / furnace. Opened up the cabinet and inspected the following items: all electrical wiring with their connections, the pressure switches, rollout switches,flame sensor, igniter, fresh air intake, exhaust with the concentric piping, the filter , the blower with circuit boards and Ecm motor, capacitor, etc. etc. etc. I asked jack to turn up the thermostat and I observed the unit go through its full firing sequence of operation. All is good, no issues to report at this time.
Dropped off 5 bags of salt to crystals 6 Apple Tree. Checked water softener settings and everything seemed up to par since last time. customer states water softener is working good and everything is fine in house

Notes: The coils are dirty and this can cause the system to work properly. A minor diagnosis was performed, because the fan was working hard. The capacitor was found to be defective. Recommend Minor diagnostic $125. The minor diagnostic costs $225, but since the technician is already in place it is only $125, no travel fee is charged. Clean condenser coil $341.76 Turbo capacitor $426.33 No taxes included The client only wanted to do the minor diagnosis and the change of the capacitor. Total tax’s included: $570.60
