Next, I asked Laurie about the reverse osmosis filters for underneath the kitchen lavatory. She replied, that we were supposed to provide them. I called around to our supply chains to no avail. I called the manufacturer of the system and they referred me to a distributor. I reached out and they could help us acquire the correct items. Items could not be ordered over the phone. I have to go in person. Service completed for know. Laurie was satisfied with the service.
