Meet with Shawn who showed me to the mechanical room. I inspected a Goodman Gas Furnace, I turned on the unit and observed it operate through its heating cycle. Inshot burners and blower are dirty and in need of a cleaning service. Customer told me that at the moment she not going to proceed with option . Customer is satisfied with the service.
Met with Benjamin to go over the scope of the work being considered. Took pictures to document the proposed layout of the footprint. Benjamin expressed that the furnace is sized to handle the added square footage. Will have to get back with a price. 55x45
Met with Rose and proceeded to perform a PTU on a gas fired Weil-McLain boiler. I checked and inspected the following items: the electrical wiring and connections, the flame rollout switch, the spill switch, gas valve, thermocouple, igniter, the exhaust, transformers, etc. etc. etc. when running the boiler was operating properly. There appears to be loose connections between the fan center relay, the gas valve and the rollout switch. I spoke to Rose, regarding the issues and she replied that money is tight right now. She has to save in order to move forward with the repair.

Met with Kim, Kevin and began to discuss issues or concerns. Started the service with the plumbing inspection. Performed a thorough walkthrough…. the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Inspected the faucets for proper operation. Ran the hot / cold water lines. Checked for leaks at the traps. Inspected / tested the toilets. Checked the dishwasher, washing machine and utility sink basin in the laundry room, along with the gas line. Checked both air handlers. Opened up the evaporator cabinet and inspected the coils. Installed anti microbial tablets. Replaced the air filters. Connected the hose to flush and service the water heater. Closed off the water supply, opened up the pressure relief valve and drain. Very little water pouring out. Flushed the tank by giving it burst of cold water from the supply. Buttoned the unit up an allowed it to reach temperature. Burped the hot side of the lines in a couple of sinks. Moved to the outside condenser. The R22 unit was making a humming sound f
Talked to customer said one unit is running fine cause it was blowing hot air and the other was blowing cold air. Did electrical diagnostics on the 2nd unit and saw that the capacitor has gone bad leading to the compressor not engaging and cause cold air from the unit to blow. Now the unit is blowing hot air and is doing its job correctly. The unit operating good now and is ready for doing its job on the hotter days now Customer is happy unit is running right.

Went to customers house for a plumbing tuneup, everything looks good. Water heater was fine whole house filter looked good. All pipes look brand new and couldn’t really find anything for estimates

Observed indoor unit, serviced ductwork, Air filter, condensation system, electrical connections, ecm motor, temperature readings ok Observed outdoor unit, serviced coils, disconnect, motors, refrigerant lines AC systems operating ok at this time Recommend: Air purification system upgrade 2 Honeywell uv systems 2 media filter upgrades Note air filter ok at this time … change air filter during fall Customer will hold off for now
