We arrived to make a diagnosis. The customer agrees to pay the diagnosis and trip fee. We proceeded to make the blower and found that the housing of the blower was damaged. The customer agreed to replace the housing. The customer paid for all the work including Trip fee for the follow up visit of reinstalling of the housing.
