Arrived at the job for a new Fujitsu installation. Turned off the power and disconnected all wiring to the unit. Next we removed all the gas lines, return duct, exhaust and other miscellaneous items. We brought the new furnace up to the attic and fitted it in place. We connected the ac coil cabinet and return duct. We re-routed and connected all electrical wiring including the low voltage. We reassembled all the gas lines, purged and checked for leaks. Installed the exhaust lines and taped the joints. We fired up the furnace and allowed it to run and cycle for a few minutes, Job completed.

Met with Paul and proceeded to perform a Ptu on a oil fired boiler. I replace the oil tank filter along with the pump strainer. I removed the gun assembly, cleaned it, replaced the nozzle and checked for specs. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power and turned up the thermostat. I bathe oil lines and observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature. All is good. No issues to report at this time. Customer satisfied with service.

Arrived to customer's home on Sunday July 10, 2022. Customer is complaining of no water. We just installed a new well tank. I observed zero pressure on the gauge. This was after the customer had been using both hot and cold with no problems for last two days. Found that well pump is seized. Customer needs a new well pump. Discussed this with customer and issued several estimates with options. Customer refused to sign invoice and had another company enter the home as I was leaving.

Arrive at the customer's house He was upset because less than a month ago, he said that a technician had come to do an Ac tune up and told him that everything was fine, and I charge him for making an acid wash condenser outdoor unit. Within a few days, the customer turned on his unit and the unit no longer cooled down. He scheduled a schedule to see what was going on, my diagnosis is that his minis split system has a leak. It is necessary to do a leak test with nitrogen and perform an evacuate and recharge afterwards. The customer says that a year ago he paid $3,000 for this problem and it is not fair that he still has it and has to pay for it again. He is very angry. Fix 2 flaps that were loose and add freon. The client was happy with the work. He wants to talk to the office in case he has this problem again, don't pay for a nitrogen leak test and evacuate
