The technician came and preformed my annual maintenance inspection on both my a/c unit and my hot water heater. When I made my appointment, I requested annual inspection on both but he was only informed on the a/c. He was gracious to inspection both. I thought that was very professional of him. Thanks again.

Redo well line to house

Surprised at how expensive this is as we have an existing line. But due to removing a junction, they said it had to be done.

BRAFOW 1/16/2023 Arrived to customers home to go over renovating kitchen which is all gutted. Customer would like to add gas line to where stove is going, re-pipe kitchen sink drain line and supply lines, new ice maker supply line, new dishwasher drain line and supply lines. Add new drain line and hot and cold line on other side of kitchen. MIKDOM is arriving at job to give gas line estimate and also radiator leak. Will follow up with customer regarding options. Customer satisfied with services provided today. MikDom Arrived, greeted Petra and proceeded to look over the work being considered. They are looking to eliminate two cast iron radiators from the first floor heating loop. The cast iron baseboard leaking in the living room is recommended to be addressed in the spring when the heating system is turned off. The recommendation is to remove the cast iron baseboard and have it repaired by a local welding repair shop. This is a period piece and can not be found anywhere sinc

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing service call regarding a leak under kitchen faucet and water heater not hot. When looking at water heater I noticed the water heater was set to low so there was no flame, turned water heater knob to 120 degrees and she started right up. Leak under kitchen faucet was the needle for an ice maker line. Gasket seemed to be warped due to freezing and was not seated properly on cold side sink line. Installed new valve and gasket to find no leaks, drips, or drops. Customer is very satisfied with work performed and services provided today.

Arrived at customers house for a plumbing service call regarding a clogged toilet downstairs. Went over options with customer and customer agreed to one of the following options. Pulled the toilet, Vacuumed up inside pipe and clog seemed to go down. Ran water with toilet paper for five minutes to see if any water would come up which I did not. Use new wax ring and Johnny volts to secure toilet and everything was set to go. No leaks after hook up and customer is very satisfied with services.

Arrived to customers house for a plumbing service and diagnostic on repairing more leaks from when MIKDOM left the home. When turning on main only saw 1 leak which was coming from kitchen ceiling. After exposing leak BRAFOW found a burst 1/2” copper Line going to cold side of shower. Cut out pipe where it had burst and replaced piping. Cleaned off pipe, turned on main and no more leaks were found on premises. Fully went through all exposed pipes in home to see the possibility of another leak that can occur. The pipe burst occurred from in-climate weather while customer was on vacation. Customer was very satisfied with services provided today.

Arrived to customers home for a service call regarding a pipe leak on top of a water heater. After finding leak and giving customer options to fix the leak I started to take apart female connection on cold side of water heater where leak was. After taking everything apart I noticed that the threading was completely busted on unit itself. Went through options with customer on replacing the water heater and customer agreed. Got a Bradford white 40 gallon water heater and rebook system up. After installation there were no leaks or gas leaks when hooked up. Customer was very satisfied with services today.

Met with Peter and proceeded to diagnose the source of the leaks throughout the home. I was able to locate four different locations with bursted or cracked piping. Worked up a price and Peter agreed to the repairs. Turned off the water supply to the home. I removed all damaged areas and replaced with new piping and fittings. Checked and tested for leaks and unfortunately found more, behind and underneath the tub trip lever location. It became late to continue, I explained to Peter that we would have to return in the morning to complete the repairs. He accepted. Peter was very happy with the work, so far.

Arrived to customers house for a plumbing service to hook up dishwasher line and possibly a branch tailpiece. After taking a look at dishwasher and where line connected I wrote options for customer to look at. Customer denied service because of pricing, but was very happy with us being able to come out to them and providing service today.

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing service call on a leaky water main in front yard. Main in front yard is leaking and going down into neighbors lawn. Which is also creating a body of water in both of there front yards. Leak is out more towards street then house. Customer will possible need an excavator because main will be over 3FT deep. BRAFOW and FRABAR will follow up with options for the customer.

Met with Alexander and proceeded to perform a plumbing inspection throughout the home. I began in the mechanical room and noticed a old Weil-McLain boiler in need of service repairs or better yet replacement. I discussed the triple savings combo package and why it would make sense to replace the unit. I walked throughout the home and found the following issues: basement bathroom, sink basin drain assembly, toilet roughed to the center of the room (14” rough replacement to be considered). Broken handle, tub and shower water supplies reversed (hot & cold). Shoe strainer missing. Upstairs hall bathroom, 2 aerators needed for the faucets. Water shut off valves and supply lines in need of replacement, with the tail pieces. One sink has a hodge posh of drain pieces. The kitchen, needs a tail piece replaced along with the water supply valves and lines. I discussed all the items in detail with Alexander including becoming an SPP member and the Synchrony option for the repairs. Alexander accept
