Arrived, met with Robert and proceeded to replace the outdoor temperature sensors. We programmed the sensors to the Wi-Fi interface module. Once the sensors were recognized we continued to replace and program the new thermostats. We confirmed that all systems were communicating and responding to the temperature changes. We also reached out to Honeywell tech support to assist in the programming process. Job completed. Robert was satisfied with the service, but irate that no receipts get sent via email or by courier. Robert is adamant about receiving his receipt’s.

Met with Robert and proceeded to diagnose the issues with the thermostats communicating with the out side temperature sensors. I pulled off the outside sensors to check the batteries. Noticed batteries not fully seated. Robert provided replacement batteries. Inside thermostats were giving a communication error code. Pulled the thermostats off the wall and documented the type of battery needed. I drove to the local hardware store and purchased two new lithium cell batteries for the thermostats. Determined a bad thermostat and temperature sensors.<br> (Customer deposit $500)

Replaced the batteries to the thermostats, reset the date and time. All error codes were cleared. Units are operating and behaving as they should. No more issues. Robert was very happy with the service.

Arrived at the job for 2 blower cleaning and Install a new Turbo capacitor and repair the return flex (8 inch). Customer signed the authorization to enter work at home. The work is complete, Robert does not make the payment (balance) because he wants to have the invoice on paper, I explained to him that this is not the process. I talked to Sascha and he was talking to the customer for 30 minutes explaining but the customer said that he wants the paper invoice first before making any payment.

I explained to the customer and he was happy because the system work good.
