Met Jocelyn and proceeded to troubleshoot the issue with the toilet. I flushed the toilet and no water was being supplied. I recommended a minor toilet rebuild and Jocelyn accepted. I cut off the water to the house and replaced the following items: the fill valve, flapper, supply tube and valve. I made adjustments to the water level and flapper. Toilet now has an excellent flush and no leaks. Jocelyn was very happy with the service.
