Arrived to customers house for a plumbing service about a clogged drain. Customer stated all back up would come out of downstairs toilet when upstairs faucets, or downstairs would run. Reattempted and had toilet clog and overflow. Cleaned up mess, ran a snake through toilet and unclogged drain. Flushed multiple times and no back up was in toilet. Pipe is cleared as of now and customer was very satisfied with services provided today. Explained the service partner plan to the customer and customer declined
