Fast and friendly service

I called them for an estimate for a replacement central AC unit. They arrived at the scheduled time, was a walk thru and discussion with the tech, he answered my questions/concerns. I showed me the estimates on Jim’s tablet, he said they don’t email the estimates ( provide detailed itemized estimate to customers). I felt this was very odd Waiting on other estimates Alisa

I proceeded to give him the price, Customer told me that he was going to analyze the option If he decides to do it with us, he will call the office. Frank is satisfied with today's service.

Arrived to customers household to give options on replacing toilet, after looking at the toilet noticed that the only problem with toilet was a bad fill valve. Gave customer options on either replacing toilet or fill valve but customer denied both. Customer satisfied with services provided today.

Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation and determined a very dirty filter. I asked the customer when was the last time he changed the filter, he told me never. I explained to him that for this reason the "Open pressure switch" error returned to his furnace. He told me that he understood, I wonder what the solution was, I explained to him about the Media Filter. He told me that he was going to talk to his wife and that he was going to call GGEHS the other week to make an appointment.

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing call regarding a constant filling toilet. After popping toilet lid flapper was corroded and needed to be replaced. Went through options with customer and chose to do simple flapper replacement. After hooking up new flapper toilet was back to normal. Customer very satisfied with services today.

Jan 19 2023 Camera and locate section of pipe that we can't pass. Jackhammer floor is necessary and excavate to expose pipe. Recamera line to make sure no further problems with pipe if is will give new quote to repair. Repair section and backfill area. recement floor as needed. Jan 20 2023 Repaired piping into main line, with 2 Y’s and reconnect flange for toilet. After Repipe the 90 that is in wall is also leaking. Going back Monday to finish job. Jan 23 2023 Arrived to house to fix last crack in pipe and Repiped toilet and mainline going up wall. Reduced to 3” and caught sink in the run. Backfilled pipe with no rocks on top and put concrete after back filled. Dan and or sait are arriving back to job on Jan 24 to finish backfilling. Customer very satisfied with todays services. Jan 24, 2023 Arrived to recement as needed and clean up area.

Met with Neville and had a brief conversation regarding his thoughts on the replacement of the unit. I took pictures to document the scene. I tried to decipher the make and model of the unit. Unfortunately the unit had no data plate nor literature to assist. I worked up several replacement options for Neville and only had a few minutes for the presentation to explain the new system along with the details. Neville said he had to leave to get to work. After going over the options Neville replied…. that he needed to discuss it with his wife. I presented the Synchrony option towards financing. Neville was satisfied with the service.

Arrived to customers home to go over plumbing options with removing mainline copper piping inside garage. There seems to be a puncture that is causing a bad clog in at least 4 drains in house. Will be in touch with customer regarding options. Customer very satisfied With services today

Arrived at customer house. Assessed the situation and determined a bad inducer motor and gas valve, Drove to the supply house to purchase new gas valve and inducer motor. Removed the motor from the gas Furnace and replaced the gas valve. Fired up the Furnace and no issues were noticed.

Arrived at customer's house. Geoffery took me where the Boiler is located. I asked him why he wanted an option to replace the boiler. Customer wanted an option on the Peerless and Crown. I proceeded to give him the option and talk about price. customer is going to think about it, he wants to talk to his partner. Customer is satisfied with today's service.

Arrived to customers home to go over options on installing a new tub that is supplied by us. Customers bathroom has mold along walls, ceiling, and tub. Customer also has a window in shower that is deteriorated and is all mold. Told customer to fix everything that has mold and call shop back for update. Customer satisfied with services today.

Met with Tamara and proceeded to look over the boiler being considered for replacement. Boiler is an old piece of junk that needs replacement. I worked up several options for Tamara’s consideration and she’s interested in the Bosch Buderus. I discussed all the pricing options along with Synchrony finance. She has to go over her finances and will let us know. The Bosch Buderus was offered at $16000. Including a year of preventive service. Tamara was satisfied with the presentation.

Met with Larry, Barbara & Rose. I proceeded to diagnose the source of the leak. Found a faulty spout, decayed shower control assembly and a deteriorating trip and waste assembly. I explained the issues, made recommendations and they accepted. Also brought up the Synchrony option to finance. They would like to apply and move forward with the repairs. I worked up several quotes and two were accepted. Customers were very satisfied with the service.
