I have been having exceptional service from this company and today with Philip Giangrasso who is very knowledgeable in all things HVAC related. I also like that they are prompt and communicate well as to arrival times. I had several mini spits installed during a heatwave. They could get to me when other suppliers were saying fully booked. I’m impressed by the company’s scheduling and coverage. They have a great team working for them.

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing tune up, Customer stated she is redoing the plumbing in the house and does not need a plumbing tune up. Customer states she needs the vents cleaned in the house which I do not provide. Customer satisfied with services today.
Arrive to performs OW TUNE UP. Set thermostat call for heat. Observed system operation. Replace 2 Oil filter, nozzle, safety’s, check oil valve, electrical connection. Recommended: Triple poner saving combo. Customer declined the option. System operation ok in this time. Customer is happy with the service.
Arrived to perform Ac tune up. Customer has no concerns. Set thermostat call for cooling. Observe indoor unit, service duct work, air filter, electrical connection, condensate system, coils and performed temperature readings Return: 71.0* F Supply: 58.8* F Return: 69.0* F Supply: 63.8* F Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines. Ac system operating no ok at this time. The blower motor It has a sound, it's probably missing oil. The blower motor must be replaced, it was explained to the customer that the arrival time of this part can be up to 1 month, because it is a unit that is already discontinued. It should be special ordered. The customer was satisfied with the service. We have to call customers tomorrow to see what decision they make about the estimate

Arrive with Mike at the customer's house. Replace the capacitor. It was replaced because it was in poor condition. After we replaced the unit, it continued without turning on. We proceeded to check the air handler and saw that the circuit board was damaged. His son was the one who said that the bill will be sent to his father by mail. And the estimate of the circuit board by email.
