Met with Steve and Maryanne. Then we proceeded to shut off power to the unit and the water supply isolation valves. We replaced the system filter along we the Combi boiler igniter. We reconnected the wiring, restored power and opened up the water supply. We asked the homeowners to turn up the thermostat. We observed the boiler fire, run and reach temperature. All is good and operating as it should. Customers were very satisfied with the service.
<br> Greeted Steve, and proceeded to perform a PTU on a Peerless gas Navien boiler. I replaced the oil tank filter along with the oil pump strainer. I removed the gun assembly, degreased, scrubbed and cleaned. I replaced the nozzle with a 70/75A. Checked and inspected the electrodes, made adjustments. I reassembled the gun assembly, restored power, fired up the boiler, and bled the oil lines. I observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature. customer approved to move with the option that the tech recommended. Customer is satisfied with today's PTU.
Arrived at customers house for a plumbing tune-up inspection. Water heater, pipes, well tank seemed to be in good running order. Noticed that well tank is 18 years old and seems to be needing replacement soon, also where water filter was hooked up the valves do not seem to be in good shape. Showed customer estimates and stated she should have the big estimate done soon so she does not experience any leaks. Customer states she will be gone for the holidays but will be back around January. Putting notes and reminder in calendar to call customer back regarding estimates. Customer was very satisfied with work
Arrive to install a new Bosch Inverter 2 Ton R410A. We proceeded to remove all the cables from the condensing unit. Evacuate all the R-410A refrigerant. Remove the Carrier condenser unit. Then we proceeded to install the Bosch Inverter 2 Ton R410A condenser unit. Then we proceeded to remove all the cables and evaporator coils. Then we proceeded to remove the Air handler indoor unit. We proceeded to install the new Bosch Inverter 2 Ton R410A air handler unit. We replace the thermostat. We proceed to do a nitrogen test to ensure that the copper lines do not leak. We proceed to vacuum pump for 1 hour. We open the valves and leave the system ok at this time.
