Greeted Tony, whom walked us to the mechanical room. Inspected the boiler. Replaced the oil tank filter, pump strainer and nozzle. (Installed a 110/80B nozzle).Checked the gun assembly with electrodes. Removed the exhaust and inspected inside the combustion chamber. All is good. While the exhaust was removed we drained the boiler and replaced the expansion tank with an extrol 30 tank. Filled the boiler and bled the lines. Checked for leaks. Fired up the boiler and bled the oil line. Boiler ran as it should. Customer was very satisfied with the service. Discussed the estimates and the customer chose the expansion tank.
