Arrived at the property, met with John and Molly. We proceeded to rip and tear out a Weil-McLain seven section oil fired boiler. We supplied and installed a Crown 85% efficient oil fired boiler. With the package the following items were included: new supply and return lines connecting to the zones, Extrol #30 expansion tank, Caleffi air vent valve, expansion tank isolation service valve, water feeder with backflow preventer, boiler drain, pressure relief valve, circulator and Hydrolevel controls etc. etc. etc. We ran and re- routed the wiring to their new designation with service switch. We filled the system with water, checked for leaks and purged all the zones(6). We restored power to the boiler, fired up the unit and observed it run, cycle and reach temperature. All is performing as it should. During the installation Molly asked if the zone valves were included, and I responded that they were not. They included (6) progress zone valves and a custom manifold. I reached out to FraBa

Received an emergency call complaint of no heat or hot water in the home. Arrived, met with Molly & John. I proceeded to look over and diagnose the issue with the oil fired Weil-McLain boiler. The boiler was tripped on safety and leaking in several areas. Unfortunately the boiler was internally cracked and needed replacement. No repairs could be performed. I disconnected power to the unit for safe keeping. I explained the issues with the boiler and worked up several pricing options for their consideration. I also brought up the Synchrony finance option and they applied. Approval was granted and the replacement of the boiler was authorized. Molly and John were very satisfied with the service provided. I promised to install the new boiler on Tuesday 1/10/23.

Arrived to customers house for a plumbing service regarding a clogged/ backed up kitchen line. All other faucets and drains flow fine, just the kitchen line is not draining. Used spartan 300 snake to try and break up clog which I was not able to do. Was not able to see with camera what was backing up clog to begin with. Following up with customer next week to return with different snake and try and unclog drain. Customer satisfied with services today.

arrived at Judd and Lisa house. customer explained to me the boiler turned on and after 5 minutes it turned off by itself. I explained to him that I have to do a diagnostic. Customer approved the diagnostic. After 2 hours I told him that the best option is to replace the oil boiler. Customer told me that this would be the option, the unit is 25 years old. Customer is satisfied with today's service. (Lisa gave me a deposit of $5000)

Arrived to customers home for a plumbing service call on a leak in basement customer thought was cause by toilet flange, and another toilet customer thought needed a flapper. When arriving at house we noticed a stain on pop out ceiling in basement caused by water leak that happened in the last few days. Water dried up because customer stopped using one of the upstairs showers in the house, which the leak could be caused by. Most probable cause is the leak is cause by a drain pipe in shower or connecting sink and shower upstairs going into basement; or shower body in upstairs shower, because leak only happens when customer runs water in shower (More cold side then hot side). Customer stated she doesn’t feel the need to fix the shower because they do not use that one anymore and have 3 other usable showers. Customer will call us in future when she gets bathroom worked on and re-done to fix problem. Constant running toilet seemed to be air coming from fill valve and there were no visible

Greeted Mr John at the entrance of the home, he invited me in and showed me to the basement were the boiler was located. I cut off the oil supply and proceeded with the tuneup. I replaced the oil tank filter and the fuel pump strainer. I opened up the combustion chamber and removed the gun assembly, I replaced the nozzle with a 85/80B, I reassembled the gun assembly and closed the unit. Finally I connected the bleeder hose and bled the oils lines. Customer is happy with service.

Met with Molly and proceeded to perform a PTU on a 6 section oil fired Weil-McLain boiler. I removed the oil tank filter canister and found it full of sludge and debris. I degreased and cleaned it all out and installed a new filter, gasket and seal. Next, I removed the fuel pump strainer and it was also full of sludge and debris. Both areas uncommonly, extremely dirty and full of sludge. I degreased and scrubbed it cleaned as well. I installed a new pump filter and gasket. Finally, I opened up the combustion chamber and removed the gun assembly. It was extremely dirty and gunked up as well. I degreased, scrubbed clean and replaced the nozzle with a 1.35/80B. I reassembled the unit, restored power and fired up the boiler. I bled the oil lines and observed the boiler run, cycle and reach temperature. All is good at this time. I would recommend a newer more efficient unit. The well tank to the home is undersized as well. I would recommend replacement. Customer was very happy with the serv

Arrived to customers house for plumbing services needed for 2 leaking faucets. 1 upstairs bathroom leaky valve stem in the shower, and the garage mop sink faucet. Gave customers options to replace both and customer agreed to option, went to supply house to grab a new mop sink faucet and valve stems but the valve systems are not even in the book, there is also no manufacturing label on the shower faucet. Decided to go with just the mop sink faucet for today and will be in touch with customer regarding options to replace shower body. Customer was very satisfied with the services provided today.

Met with Chris & Suzanne to perform a walkthrough for an addition in the process of completion. I asked Chris if he had a floor plan or a sketch and he said no. I drew out a footprint of the space and took pictures for documentation and assistance in pricing out the job. Chris is looking to have baseboard supplied and installed throughout the addition. The gas line needs to be upgraded to a 1” line. The old 1/2” line needs to be removed. And the Rinnai water heater needs to be installed. I explained to Chris & Suzanne the we needed time to price out the job. They understood and were happy with the sevice. I also presented Chris with an SPP application for his review and consideration.
