Arrived to customers home for a plumbing service call regarding a clogged upstairs toilet. Sink was not backing up and drains downstairs were also not backing up. Decided to empty toilet with vacuum, to see clog more and actually pulled up clog with vacuum instead of auger. Toilet is now flowing great and no issues what so ever. Customer is very satisfied with services provided today.
Arrived to perform Heat tune up. Customer has no concerns. Set thermostat call for heating. Observe indoor unit, service duct work, air filter, electrical connection, condensate system, coils and performed temperature readings Return: 81.0* F Supply: 104.1* F. Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines. Recommended: Blower cleaning. Customer said she would talk to her husband and call Go Green to schedule an appointment. Heat pump system operating ok at this time. Customer is happy with the service.
Arrived to perform condenser cleaning, uv bulb replacement, toilet tank flush-lever install and customer supplied media filter, customer approved and signed authorization form, replaced uv bulb, customer supplied incorrect filter, customer approved GGEHS supplied media filter, took notes for toilet flush lever, return with correct lever, media filter and complete condenser cleaning, toilet and ac operating ok at this time, customer paid in full. Arrive at the customer's house The unit didn't work, only the air handler. Perform a minor diagnostic I found the problem that the thermostat wires were cut. The unit was working well.
