Dan was courteous, answered questions, and went the extra mile. I have trouble with the steps and carrying things up from the basement. He made an extra trip to the basement to remove the (5) dirty filters that were in the trash and took them to the trash bin for me. I'm very grateful for service like that!

From our introduction to Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning through Josh and what they had to offer and the manner in which they shared the information with us, we felt like these people really know the business and are able to invite and answer questions with ease and a comfortableness that few have. I appreciate the time, the patience, and the treating us with respect and kindness that these well-trained men gave us. Tony and Tim were great to work with in the removal of our old furnace and with the installation of the new furnace and whole-house humidifier. They took great care to protect our floors and freshly painted walls. The new system works great so far and we believe it will continue to service us well for years to come.
