Casey was sent to my home to do my seasonal heating service. He discovered that my furnace was ok but that the supply pressure was .4 in wc. Twice he poured hot water on the gas regulator....still very low pressure. Casey helped me call NIPSCO and explained the problem to them. He wrote out the problem so I could tell the NIPSCO employee. As Casey was leaving the NIPSCO employee arrived so Casey explained again. Casey is very dedicated and excellently trained to give the best service possible. Thank you, Casey!!!

Shawn checked different things and discovered the batteries could not make contact. A new thermostat was installed and Shawn offered to program it. I accepted. I appreciated his skill and kindness to program it for me!

Set this up weeks ago- was given a time window of 9-12:00... spoke with Misty that day and was told he should be there by 11:00- called at noon and was told he should be there in about 1/2 hour. Did nothing t show until well after 1:00. No update on time given- I had to chase the information. When I complained it was well past the window- Misty said there was no guarantee except for the 8:00 am appt. THAT information would have been useful when I scheduled! She could have also called to give me a status update instead of making me chase the information. When she called to let me know he was on the way, she was having a sidebar conversation and I had to call air for her to start talking to me! The service person, Dione, was awesome and professional

Erich arrived and intentionally listened to my questions. He clearly answered the questions and at the same time he visually showed me what to do. After completing the service Erich went over the invoice ticket including his additional remarks that he printed at the bottom of the sheet.

I have always trusted great Lakes and feel confident ....Ican recommend them to neighbors and friends. Our furnace went out on Christmas day and I called at 8:30 am and a tech. was at our house by 9:00 . We were back up and warm in just a short time. Doesn't get any better than that! I never worry about our heating or air conditioning systems. we are in good hands with Great Lakes...
