We had a unique problem with a wasp nest being built in our furnace intake pipe. We called Great Lakes to ask their opinion on what to do about treating the wasp nest. The question went all the way up to the owner of the company, who sent out a technician the next morning. No charge for a service fee! The tech was very professional, and went above and beyond to vacuum the nest out.
