We have had such a great experience with Great Lakes. We have been with them since at least 1994. Their service is always timely and they have great technicians. I like the way they let you know the technician’s name and that he’s on the way. Our latest technician was Casey and he did a fabulous job servicing our furnace and explaining exactly what he did.
