The Great Lakes technicians who have been to our house to install and service our new furnace over the past 12 months have been very knowledgeable and respectful. Shawn came out to give everything its first annual checkup and everything looked great. He also caught an issue with our water heater and was able to fix it before anything serious happened. We appreciate the professionalism from all of the Great Lakes employees who have entered our home after we had a furnace emergency in 2019.
