I can't imagine a better HVAC company in the entire Triangle area. You can tell from the moment you call that this family business focuses more on the family part than the business part. On the very first call you'll hear the genuine motivation to help solve the problem rather than acting like you're just another customer. Our heat stopped working and very soon after calling Greer's, the son showed up to take a look. Unfortunately for him, I asked nearly a million questions about the problem but luckily for us he had an answer to every one of them. Almost as soon as he saw our heater, he knew exactly what the issue was. Although this was a Friday evening, he called around to various places hoping to find the part so he could work on our unit that night; however, the quickest he could get the part in would be Monday. Realizing just how cold it was going to be that weekend, the Greer family offered to drive to the shop and grab us space heaters until the central heat was fixed. We accepted and within 2 hours we see headlights outside and Mr. Greer unloading two space heaters in the pouring and freezing rain. Come Monday, Mr. Greer and his son returned and fixed our central heat within 1 hour. Our heat works perfectly now! Of course, we are both thrilled that our heat is working again but we're just as thrilled to have been serviced above and beyond by an entire family starting on the first phone call and ending with perfect HVAC service. I hope the picture I've painted shows the genuine sacrifice this family is willing to go to in order to make the customer happy. I can gaurantee as soon as you talk to any one of them you'll know exactly what I mean so please don't hesitate to give them a call.
