Tune-up for a Rheem Gas Pack and a Trane A/C.
Tune-up for 2 A/C’s. Cleared drain lines.
Tune-up for a Trane heat pump. Cleaned condenser coils. Checked Freon. Cleared drain line.
Performed a maintenance on a Trane outdoor unit and evaporator coil. I cleared drains, tightened wires, cleaned outdoor coil, and checked refrigerant it was good, it was Puron(R-410A).
Was working on a split heat pump system. Found a partially clogged drain line and a dirty evaporator coil. I unclogged the drain and cleaned the evaporator coil.
Found Carrier air conditioner fan not turning. Replaced capacitor.
I worked on a Carrier gas furnace, I found a bad indoor blower motor and capacitor, replaced them and all is working now.
Replacing upstairs furnace and air conditioning unit.
Worked on a Heat Pump system, I found the main power to the air handler switch was off. I also checked the blower and took an amp draw on the system all good. I also changed the filter.
Repaired flame rod on a Lennox gas furnace.
Preformed maintenance on 2 Trane gas furnaces, tightened wires, checked safeties, cleared pressure switches, downstairs had a condensate pump it works. Both are running in manufacturers specifications.
Bad inducer motor on a Trane has package unit, replaced it’s now working in manufacturers specifications.
Serviced mini-split ductless, a Carrier hp and a carrier gas furnace.
