Service Call Fee: Fujitsu mini split unit low on refrigerant. Found a leaking suction service port and a leaking coil at the head unit. Estimated cost of repair is $3,200.00
Service Call Platinum Client: replaced broken heat pump foot. centered unit on pad. replaced 313 filter on furnace. leak in basement is coming from hot water tank. customer already has someone coming to look at it.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Checked amp draws, Refrigerant, filter. Found failed capacitor on out door unit and replaced under warranty. Tested operation of heat pump and air handler all checks good. Recommended adding blue qr uv light to prevent further build up on blower and coil.
Commercial Service Fee - Cleaned Sewage Pump Pit and Storm Water Pump Pit.
Arrived to find the system low on refrigerant. After charging system back to operating levels checked for leak and could not find anything. Tightened joints to be sure. Notified customer we may have to wait for the issue to become worse. Customer already has maintenance with another company.
