2019 Ruud split system using 16x20x1 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer set to renew in March 2024
Heat pump repair service call. Outdoor unit is a heat pump. When Furnace was replaced in October we wired system up as straight heat and cool on a 8444 thermostat. When there was a call for cool the outdoor unit would run in heat because the O terminal was not getting voltage. Replaced thermostat with a 8448 stat and wired system correctly for unit to be able to run in cooling mode. Checked system for proper operation.
Outdoor temperature sensor wire had broken at wire nut causing system to not treat outdoor temp. Repaired wire and tested system. Found unit a little low on refrigerant. Added one pound of refrigerant and system is back to normal.
Service Call Fee: Goodman furnace had a ground hog tear up the wiring inside of the unit. Damaged the gas valve and blower assembly. Blood and bits inside of the furnace. Tim Roland 740-678-2575 The furnace should be replaced. Model GMH950904CXAD Call to schedule an appointment with a sales representative. Estimated cost of repair is $2,500.00
Service Call Platinum Client Repairs on condenser unit, checked operation as well. Customer will call to have maintenance done on hvac equipment.
Service Call Platinum Client-8 yr old York heat pump was empty of refrigerant. Found evaporator coil leaking when we added nitrogen for a pressure test. Ordering coil under warranty warranty. Estimate labor and refrigerant cost is$1100-1600
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System York heat pump w/ AA313 filter. Replaced filter. Cleared drain to condensate pump. Found dual capacitor rated for 45/5mfd out of range and replaced. Cleaned condenser coil. Getting good airflow, amp draws, and line temp on unit. Customer will renew Cozy HVAC Plus today.
Service Call After Hours Fee: 2.5 ton ac low on r410. added 2lbs to the system to correct the charge. system has correct subcooling with pressies of 125/305. spoke with customer about existing leak. system is~13yo.

Changed customer supplied filters. Added dish soap to drain to clean. Checked amp draws, capacitor levels, and refrigerant pressure. Wiped dust off of parts inside the cabinet. Talked with customer on benefits of an air cleaner for the system to help with better filtration.
Service Call Fee: System low on r410a. Ran tested on high stage. Has a 1 degree sub cooling after 15 minutes of run time. Has to add 1bs to manufacture specs: 14 degrees sub cooling. As far as thermostat customer is going to call company that installed to verify warranty on equipment.
