Removed and replaced capacitor. Work performed by Adam R.
Ran diagnostics. Core issue was the drain pump was seized up and was not rotating, cleaned calcium build up from inside. Work performed by Christopher D.
Installed a new hi voltage control board and cleaned condenser coils, tested operation unit working properly. Arrived and found control board intermittently failing and causing ice despenser and controls to act up. Will need to replace board to eliminate this issue.

Arrived to find unit faulTing out on limit. Found filtrete carbon filter completely plugged up, recommended lessor filter and increased frequency changing every month no exceptions. Duct cleaning is recommended approximately 800$
Inducer motor is making an awful noise when it gets up to speed. Unit still fires up though. Unit is from 2007 and bottom cabinet is very rusty. Recommended getting an estimate for a new furnace. Customer will make a decision when she gets home and call us back.

Install new ductless indoor unit. Install new outdoor unit. Run lineset down wall on corner, through floor and route to outdoor location. Add D6 remote thermostat. Run drain into crawlspace. Run 20a circuit to outdoor unit. New pad, pump ups and disconnect.
Unit 2lbs low. Advised customer that unit is leaking and customer declined any major repair and opted for re charge
