Tune-Up on Heating System 2014 Goodman Heat pump system w/ AA213 filter. Replaced filter. No accounts of previous water issue, came from plugged drains after duct cleaning. All checks good at this time.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Goodman heat pump system w/ AA213 filter. All system operation checks good at this time. Issue of dripping sound starting since performing duct cleaning stated by customer. Found filter box and box under coil with standing water due to cloggged drain. Cleared drain and shop vac to clean and see no other signs. Spoke on and will quote plasma air device to help maintain their effort of cleaning system.
Arrived to find the capacitor failed on the outdoor unit. Replaced the capacitor but found the compressor was locked up. System uses R22 refrigerant. Talked about options recommended replacement. Customer wants to get quotes for new system.

Arrived to find Lennox heat pump with disconnect out. Applied power and unit started to come on and fan slowly quit and compressor stopped, condenser unit in very poor condition Ed is giving bid while I was on site. EST to replace condenser motor and caps approximately 800$. Customer declined repair
Leaking water was due to very dirty filters causing excessive condensation on duct work. Changed filters and preformed cooling check, everything looks good.
