Unit has a sealed system leak. Small ball of ice on the evaporator and the low heat coming off the condenser along with the gurgling sound of air in the system are all signs of a slow leak. If the leak could be found, that part would need to be replaced along with the filter dryer and compressor. This is not a recommended repair because of the poor condition of copper lines.
