Dead contactor causing fuse to blow on control board
Electrical issue, wrong gauge wire and breaker. Got the system up and runny and will be back to correct the electrical. Technician Christopher Dehnart
Service Call Fee: 13yo r410 ac low on refrigerant. added 1lb 10oz to correct the charge. system is running with good temperature drop. with system being out of warranty and an existing leak, may look into replacement in the future.

Service Call Platinum Client Arrived to find blower fault code several times. Checked voltage to indoor unit. Found voltage to check out unit was working properly on arrival but after shutting the system down and starting in back up witnessed the blower failing. Ordering new blower motor recommended adding surge protection since issues may be stemming from the storms of late.
Service Call Platinum Client Per customer routed the condensate drain out the wall through a hole in the block. Installed replacement condensate pump. System was running without a filter in place for quite some time. Recommended a duct cleaning, best option would include cleaning out the blower heat exchanger and evaporator, all of which is pretty badly plugged up.
Service Call Platinum Client: Returned and replaced bad warranty condenser fan motor as quoted. After repair system came on as normal and started cooling the home.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System - cleaned and checked operation of equipment. Customer just recently changed Aprilaire filter. Adjusted both low and high gas pressures to proper ranges. Recommend surge protector for equipment.
