Performed anniversary check on equipment. Changed AA313 filter and found no issues with the equipment. Discussed maintenance agreement renewal with customer and they will call in after discussing if they decide to renew.
Anniversary check on Ruud split system using AA213 filter and propane gas(customers use wood burner tied into equipment as well). All checks good at this time. Customer would like to wait til spouse gets home today to discuss Cozy Plan options before calling in to office.
AC repair visit. Upon air conditioning repair inspection, discovered condensate pump was bad. Replaced faulty condensate pump in crawl space. Had to redo some of the drain to match new pump. Checked for proper operation of ac unit.
2018 Heil split system using Skuttle 16x25x5 filter. All checks good at this time, customer will establish Cozy Yearly Plan today.
Furnace/AC maintenance visit. Performed heat pump maintenance on 2018 York heat pump system with propane as backup heat, using AA213 filter. Found outdoor unit 30mfd run capacitor for compressor low and slightly out of range. Customer would like it quoted as reference but wants to wait on repair for now. All other checks good at this time. Customer pays agreement monthly for Cozy HVAC Plus
Maintenance on hvac system. Customer has 6 dogs in the home. Changed customer supplied air filter and informed customer to change it twice a month. Evaporator coil is pretty dirty, customer got coil cleaner and is going to clean it themselves. Spoke to them about adding surge protection to their heat pump.
HVAC maintenance visit. Customer has a 6 year old Trane unit. Went through full air conditioning maintenance checklist to verify proper operation of all components, Thanked the customer for keeping up their AC maintenance plan and explained benefits.
Performed heating check on furnace. Verified working status of surge protection on system. Discussed humidifier for home and found no issues with the operation of the furnace. All checks were good.
2018 York furnace has a fault history for pressure switch. Found drain plugged up with mud from a mud dobbler. Cleared out mud from drain, added dish soap, dumped water from draft motor, and reassembled.unit is working now but Informed customer of possibility of water getting into pressure switch. Parts are covered under warranty just not labor charge to install them. Offered to order new switches under warranty but customer declined since unit is working. Did heating maintenance today.
Performed anniversary check on equipment. Changed AA413 filter and discussed comfort club with customer.
York furnace Fault history shows code for failure to ignite. Problem is intermittent, we I tested system it works.Cleaned rust off burners. System fired of much better now. If problem persists we will order new burners under warranty.
Cleaned and checked operation of equipment. Changed customer provided 20-25-4 filter and I replaced AA35 water panel. All checks were good. Discussed comfort club renewal with customer.
