Josh and the other team members did a great job. They took their time and did the job right. They were all friendly and respectful. If there was a better rating than excellent I would use it!

Yearly Maintenance Check Performed by Travis W.
Short repair customer supplied 3 amp fuse to replace blown existing. Entire unit is in extremely dirty condition a coil, blower, blower wheel as well as water coil all very dirty. Cleaning could cost around 5-600$. Biggest concern would have to be age and condition with a poor outlook on shelf life. At 20 years old. Customer declined any major cleaning at this time aware that replacement is inevitable
Preformed labor warranty check. Unit did not make noise that customer had been hearing when I was there. High side 375 psi, low side 85. Attaching photo of codes on thermostat. Customer would like a more experienced technician back out when it is colder outside as that is when he seems to here the noise.
Includes all miscellaneous materials and labor to completely install. We will adapt to the existing supply and return duct work, high and low voltage wiring, and drain being used my current system.
Unit has a failed blower motor. The blower wheel and motor are very dirty. Keith is coming to give an estimate for a new system today.
Arrived and found thermocouple had failed and been replaced already. System is operating properly at this time.
Arrived and found system inducer motor pulling high amps and making a grinding sound. Inducer motor is failing and needs to be replaced. Due to age condition and cost of repairs it may be time to think about a more reliable and efficient system.
Found batteries in t-stat were affecting operation. Removed batteries and system is operating properly at this time.
Flush kit, disconnect, pad, add 7†flex run to laundry room, add return to drop
Fixed wire connection for power.
Installed new crankcase heater. Nobody was home upon arrival. Being the repair was outdoors. I installed part and used contactor to check system.
Checked heating system a/c check completed by other tech in sept.
Unit started running when I arrived, preformed cooling check of maintenance. Sprayed out dirty coil, and replaced weak capacitor 80+5 mfd. filter had been removed and never replaced. Need to make a return visit to put in filter and do maintenance on furnace.
