We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Epson Espinosa and his co-worker, Zach. They did an excellent job of installing our furnace and air conditioner. They were very friendly, professional and did a very neat job of installing it all. Epson knows what he is doing and explained every thing to us. We are so happy and pleased with the installation and so far all is going very well. We are just blown away with the product that we have purchased so far and the service we received. Need to mention Seth Miller as well. He was very friendly and explained things to us and gave us some choices to chose from. You should be proud to have these as your employees.

Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed both filters and found drain clogged in upstairs system. Blew out drain with hose the best I could and tested drain and it seemed to be draining properly. All other checks were good. Renewed comfort club with customer.
Wire connections to REME Halo were not secured and was not functioning. Re-wired REME and it is functioning properly at this time. Verified working status of surge protector and changed filter. AC systems fan motor was dead when I arrived. System is 23 years old and customer elected to schedule estimate for replacement. Comfort advisor scheduled for 6/12/23 between 1-3 p.m.
Customer said ac was not working. Unit is 29 years old. Found compressor bad and wires melted. Due to the age of equipment and cost of repair recommend replacement of system.
Performed maintenance check on equipment. Filter was still in good condition. Recommended surge protection for equipment. All checks were good.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2020 Ruud split system w/ AA413 filter AA700 humidifier, Reme Halo, and utilizing a 3zoned control function. Replaced filter, Reme bulb replaced under warranty. All other checks good.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System 2013 Carrier split system w/ AA413 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Performed water quality test for customer. Would recommend adding surge protection to the equipment. If interested we can provide a 120v device for the furnace and a 240v for the outdoor a/c, will quote for reference.
Service Call Fee: switch on contactor had burnt and locked in an on position so that the ac fan was running constantly but the compressor was struggling to run. replaced the contactor and the capacitor and now the system is running and cooling well with no further issues. quoted price for surge protector and maintenance plan as customer is interested in replacing the furnace soon.

No surge protection on AC. Recommend surge protector for air conditioner as well. Customer would like a whole home surge protector installed.
