Service Call Platinum Client spare footage of house is around 3500 ac unit is a 3ton did explain this isn't adequate for cooling that much space. did however find dampers in main trunks and did adjust to get more airflow upstairs. still do nit believe their to be adequate to cool upstairs is a vaulted celing. did set up lead for possible adding a minisplit to supplement Cooling and heating their is no attic access that I could find.
